利用規約

この規約は、テクノビビ / technobibi（以下「運営者」）が提供する読書記録アプリ「Novelco」とホームページ novelco.app（あわせて以下「本サービス」）の利用条件です。利用者は、この規約に同意して本サービスを利用します。

第1条　本サービス

  1. 本の情報（題名・著者・表紙・紹介文など）は、楽天ウェブサービスと国立国会図書館サーチから取得して表示します。運営者は、その正確さを保証しません。
  2. 本サービスには Amazon・楽天ブックスへの紹介リンクがあり、運営者は紹介料を受け取ります。リンク先での購入は、利用者とそのお店との取引です。その場合でも一切料金の上乗せはありませんので、安心してご利用ください。
  3. チップを送っても、使える機能は変わりません。本アプリは完全無料で提供されており、任意でチップを送れます。チップの支払いと返金は、App Store・Google Play の決まりに従います。

第2条　利用できる人とアカウント

  1. 13歳未満の方は、本サービスを利用できません。未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得て利用してください。
  2. 本アプリは、はじめて開いたときにアカウントを自動で作ります。Apple・Google とつながないままアプリを消すと、データは戻せません。
  3. 利用者は、つないだ Apple・Google のアカウントを自分で管理します。

第3条　投稿と公開

  1. ニックネームや感想を含め、個人を特定できる情報は入力しないでください。本サービスでは必要としません。万が一のトラブルも、運営者は一切責任を負いません。以下、ニックネーム・ひとこと・感想・コメントなどを「投稿」といいます。
  2. 投稿の責任は、投稿した利用者が負います。
  3. 投稿の権利は利用者に残ります。利用者は運営者に、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、投稿を無償で保存・表示することを認めます。
  4. 「オンラインで公開」をオフにすると、プロフィール・本棚・感想はほかの利用者に見えなくなります。ほかの利用者との関わりを避けたいときは、公開のオフやブロックを使ってください。
  5. 運営者は、通報された投稿や、この規約に反すると判断した投稿を、予告なく非表示または削除できます。運営者は、投稿を確認する義務を負いません。

第4条　禁止事項

利用者は、次のことをしてはいけません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に反すること
  2. 他人の著作権・プライバシー・名誉などの権利を侵害すること
  3. 嫌がらせ、なりすまし、宣伝・スパム
  4. 本サービスへの攻撃、不正アクセス、過度な負荷をかけること、自動化による大量の取得、仕組みの不正な操作
  5. そのほか、運営者が不適切と判断すること

第5条　利用の制限

運営者は、利用者がこの規約に反したとき、または運営上必要なときは、予告なく、その利用者の利用を制限し、アカウントを停止・削除できます。

第6条　変更・中断・終了

運営者は、予告なく、本サービスの内容を変更し、または全部もしくは一部を中断・終了することがあります。このとき、投稿や記録が失われることがあります。

第7条　利用者どうしのトラブル

利用者どうしのトラブルは、当事者のあいだで解決してください。運営者は関与せず、責任を負いません。

第8条　免責

  1. 本サービスは、そのときの状態のまま提供します。運営者は、本サービスが利用者の目的に合うこと、正確であること、中断・不具合・データの消失がないことを保証しません。
  2. 運営者は、本サービスに関して利用者に生じた損害について、責任を負いません。ただし、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除きます。
  3. 法令により前項が適用されない場合も、運営者の軽過失による損害の賠償は、直接かつ通常の損害に限り、損害が生じた日までの12か月に利用者が本サービスに支払った金額を上限とします。
  4. 外部のサービス（Apple・Google・楽天・Amazon・国立国会図書館・各ストアなど）の内容と取引について、運営者は責任を負いません。

第9条　ストアの決まり

App Store から入手した本アプリには、この規約に加えて、Apple の標準の使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）が適用されます。

第10条　規約の変更

運営者は、この規約を変更できます。変更するときは、変更後の内容と効力が生じる日を、本サービス上で事前に知らせます。

第11条　分離可能性

この規約の一部が無効とされても、ほかの部分は有効です。

第12条　準拠法・管轄

この規約は日本法に従います。本サービスに関する紛争は、運営者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use

Effective: October 9, 2026. Last updated: October 17, 2026. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.

These terms govern the use of the reading-log app “Novelco” and the website novelco.app (together, the “Service”) provided by technobibi (テクノビビ, the “Operator”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

  1. Book information (titles, authors, covers, descriptions) comes from Rakuten Web Service and the National Diet Library Search. The Operator does not guarantee its accuracy.
  2. The Service contains referral links to Amazon and Rakuten Books, and the Operator earns referral fees. Purchases are transactions between you and the store. You never pay any extra because of these links.
  3. Sending a tip does not change the features you can use. The app is completely free, and tips are optional. Payment and refunds for tips follow the rules of the App Store and Google Play.

2. Who may use the Service, and your account

  1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are a minor, use it with your parent’s or guardian’s consent.
  2. The app creates an account automatically on first launch. If you delete the app without linking Apple or Google, your data cannot be restored.
  3. You are responsible for the Apple or Google account you link.

3. Posts and visibility

  1. Do not enter any personally identifying information, including in your nickname and reviews. The Service does not need it. The Operator is not responsible for any trouble that may arise. Your nickname, bio, reviews, comments and other content are called “posts” below.
  2. You are responsible for your posts.
  3. You keep the rights to your posts and allow the Operator to store and display them free of charge as needed to provide the Service.
  4. Turning off “Go public” hides your profile, shelf and reviews from other users. To avoid contact with others, turn it off or use blocking.
  5. The Operator may hide or delete reported posts, or posts it judges to violate these terms, without notice. The Operator has no duty to review posts.

4. Prohibited conduct

  1. Violating laws or public order
  2. Infringing others’ copyright, privacy, reputation or other rights
  3. Harassment, impersonation, advertising or spam
  4. Attacking the Service, unauthorized access, placing excessive load, automated bulk collection, or manipulating its systems
  5. Anything else the Operator deems inappropriate

5. Restriction of use

If you violate these terms, or when necessary for operation, the Operator may restrict your use or suspend or delete your account without notice.

6. Changes, suspension and termination

The Operator may change, suspend or end all or part of the Service without notice. Posts and records may be lost.

7. Disputes between users

Resolve disputes with other users between yourselves. The Operator is not involved and is not responsible.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The Service is provided as is. The Operator does not guarantee that it fits your purpose, is accurate, or is free of interruptions, defects or data loss.
  2. The Operator is not liable for damages arising in connection with the Service, except in cases of its intent or gross negligence.
  3. Where the law does not allow the preceding clause, liability for the Operator’s slight negligence is limited to direct and ordinary damages, up to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the damage occurred.
  4. The Operator is not responsible for external services (Apple, Google, Rakuten, Amazon, the National Diet Library, app stores, etc.) or transactions with them.

9. App store terms

If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies in addition to these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

The Operator may change these terms. It will announce the new terms and their effective date on the Service in advance.

11. Severability

If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over the Operator’s location has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
