テクノビビ / technobibi（以下「運営者」）は、読書記録アプリ「Novelco」とホームページ novelco.app（あわせて以下「本サービス」）での利用者の情報を、次のとおり扱います。

1. 取得する情報

• 本サービスに登録した情報（本棚・読みたい・好きなフレーズ・感想・プロフィール・設定）と、いいね・コメント・フォロー・ブロック・通報
• 利用者 ID、選んだ国、App Store・Google Play のアカウントの国、規約に同意した日時と版
• バックアップのために Apple・Google とつないだときだけ：メールアドレスと、そのアカウントの識別番号を保存します。
• 不正な利用を防ぐための、端末の確認の結果（App Attest・Play Integrity）
• 通信の記録（IP アドレス・日時など）と、お問い合わせの内容
• 通知を許可したときだけ：通知を送るための端末の宛先（トークン）と、知らせの種類ごとのオン・オフ
• アプリの使い方の記録（どの画面を開いたか・どの段階まで進んだかなど）。アプリを入れたときに決める番号と、アプリの版・OS・言語・国を付けます。利用者 ID とは結びつけず、題名や感想などの書いた中身は含めません。日本・米国・カナダ以外の国を選んだ利用者からは取得しません。

2. 使う目的

本サービスの提供（記録・バックアップ・公開・本の検索・紹介リンク）、不正な利用の防止と安全な運営、お問い合わせへの対応、お知らせと通知、本のおすすめ、アプリの改善のために使います。

通知で知らせるのは、運営からのお知らせ・フォローされたこと・感想へのコメントといいねです。読みたいの本の発売日の知らせは、端末の中だけで予約します。どの知らせも、アプリの「設定」→「通知」で種類ごとに止められます。

本のおすすめには、利用者の本棚と、公開されているほかの利用者の本棚・感想をまとめた数を使います。だれの本棚かは、おすすめには出ません。

3. ほかの利用者に見える情報

• 「オンラインで公開」がオンのとき（はじめはオン）、ニックネーム・ひとこと・アイコン・本棚・読みたい・お気に入り・感想（「自分だけ」にした感想を除く）が、ほかの利用者に見えます。オフにすると見えなくなります。
• コメントは、公開の設定に関係なく、その感想を見られる人にニックネームとともに見えます。
• 好きなフレーズ、フォローしている人とフォロワーの一覧と数、メールアドレス、国、規約への同意の記録は、ほかの利用者には見えません。

4. 外部のサービスと外国への提供

本サービスは、次のサービスを使います。それぞれの情報の扱いは、各社の決まりに従います。

• Supabase：データの保存とアカウントの管理（サーバーは日本）
• Cloudflare：ホームページと、本の情報の問い合わせの中継
• Apple・Google：アカウントのつなぎ、アプリ内課金、端末の確認、通知の配信（Google の Firebase Cloud Messaging と Apple の通知の仕組み）
• RevenueCat：アプリ内課金（応援）の受け付けと記録、アプリを開いた人の数の集計。RevenueCat が決める番号・端末の種類・OS・アプリの版・ストアの国・購入の記録が渡ります。Novelco の利用者 ID は渡しません
• 楽天ウェブサービス・国立国会図書館サーチ：本の情報。運営者のサーバーから、題名・著者・ISBN で問い合わせます
• Amazon・楽天：紹介リンク。リンク先では各社の決まりで情報が扱われます
• Google Fonts：ホームページの文字の表示

このうち Supabase・Cloudflare・Apple・Google・RevenueCat・Amazon は、米国などの外国の事業者です。利用者は、本サービスを使うために、これらの事業者に情報が渡ることに同意します。外国の個人情報の制度は、個人情報保護委員会のホームページで確かめられます。

5. 保存する期間と削除

• 情報は、利用者がアカウントを消すまで保存します。アカウントは、アプリの「設定」→「アカウントを消す」で消せます。
• 通報された投稿は、運営者が確かめるため、アカウントを消したあとも記録として残すことがあります。
• 本の情報は、ほかの利用者と共有するため、アカウントを消しても残ります。
• 消した情報が、バックアップにしばらく残ることがあります。
• 使い方の記録は、400日を過ぎたら消します。利用者 ID と結びついていないため、アカウントを消しても残ります。

6. 開示などの請求とお問い合わせ

ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除などは、下のお問い合わせ先にご連絡ください。運営者の住所・代表者の氏名と、安全管理のために講じている措置は、お問い合わせがあれば遅滞なくお知らせします。

7. 日本以外の利用者

欧州連合・英国などの利用者は、法令にもとづき、ご自身の情報へのアクセス・訂正・削除・利用の制限・異議・持ち運び・同意の撤回を求めること、またお住まいの国の監督機関に申し立てることができます。運営者は、本サービスの提供（契約の履行）、安全な運営（正当な利益）、または利用者の同意にもとづいて情報を扱います。

8. このポリシーの変更

運営者は、このポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、このページで知らせます。

technobibi (テクノビビ, the “Operator”) handles user information in the reading-log app “Novelco” and the website novelco.app (together, the “Service”) as follows.

1. Information we collect

• What you register in the Service (shelf, Want to read, saved quotes, reviews, profile, settings) and likes, comments, follows, blocks and reports
• Your user ID, the country you chose, your App Store or Google Play account country, and the date and version of the terms you agreed to
• Only if you link Apple or Google for backup: we store your email address and that account’s identifier.
• Device check results used to prevent abuse (App Attest, Play Integrity)
• Connection records (IP address, time, etc.) and the content of your inquiries
• Only if you allow notifications: your device’s notification address (token) and your on/off choice for each kind of notification
• Records of how the app is used (such as which screens were opened and how far you got). They carry a number chosen when the app is installed, plus the app version, OS, language and country. They are not tied to your user ID and do not include anything you wrote, such as titles or reviews. We only collect them from users who chose Japan, the United States or Canada.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (records, backup, sharing, book search, referral links), to prevent abuse and operate safely, to answer inquiries, to send notices and notifications, to recommend books, and to improve the app.

Notifications tell you about news from Novelco, new followers, and comments and likes on your reviews. Release-day reminders for books in Want to read are scheduled on your device only. You can turn off each kind in the app under Settings → Notifications.

Recommendations use your shelf and counts gathered from other users’ public shelves and reviews; they do not show whose shelf a book came from.

3. What other users can see

• While “Go public” is on (on by default), your nickname, bio, icon, shelf, Want to read, Favorites and reviews (except reviews set to “Only me”) are visible to other users. Turning it off hides them.
• Comments are visible with your nickname to anyone who can see the review, regardless of the setting.
• Your saved quotes, the people you follow and your followers (lists and counts), email address, country and consent records are not visible to other users.

4. External services and transfers abroad

The Service uses the following services. Each handles information under its own policies.

• Supabase: data storage and account management (servers in Japan)
• Cloudflare: the website and relaying book-information requests
• Apple, Google: account linking, in-app purchases, device checks, delivering notifications (Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple’s notification service)
• RevenueCat: handling and recording in-app purchases (tips) and counting how many people open the app. It receives an ID that RevenueCat assigns, the device type, OS, app version, store country and purchase records. Your Novelco user ID is not sent.
• Rakuten Web Service, National Diet Library Search: book information, requested from the Operator’s server by title, author or ISBN
• Amazon, Rakuten: referral links; their own policies apply on their sites
• Google Fonts: fonts on the website

Of these, Supabase, Cloudflare, Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Amazon are companies outside Japan, mainly in the United States. By using the Service, you agree that your information is provided to them. You can learn about privacy laws in other countries on the website of Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission (in Japanese).

5. Retention and deletion

• Information is kept until you delete your account, which you can do in the app under Settings → Delete account.
• Reported posts may be kept as records for review even after the account is deleted.
• Book information is shared with other users and remains after account deletion.
• Deleted information may remain in backups for a while.
• Usage records are deleted after 400 days. Because they are not tied to your user ID, they remain after you delete your account.

6. Requests and contact

To request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of your information, contact us below. The Operator’s address, the name of its representative and its security measures will be provided without delay upon request.

7. Users outside Japan

Users in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other regions may, under applicable law, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in their country. The Operator processes information to provide the Service (performance of a contract), to operate it safely (legitimate interests), or with your consent.

8. Changes

The Operator may change this policy and will post the new version on this page.
